Maria Alfaro Joins Stability Health as CDCES (Bilingual)

We’re excited to welcome Maria Alfaro, RD, CDCES to the Stability Health team as CDCES (Bilingual)! With over ten years of healthcare experience, Maria brings a strong background in both clinical care and program development. She began her training at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in Puerto Rico and has worked in hospital settings supporting patients with diabetes. Most recently, she oversaw the clinical quality of diabetes health coaching programs in English and Spanish, helping ensure patient-centered care behind the scenes. During that time, she also became a board-certified health coach, further expanding her ability to support individuals in achieving sustainable lifestyle change. With an original passion for fitness and a deep commitment to empowering others, Maria brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her work — and we’re thrilled to have her on the team.
