Lucia Novak Earns ADCES 2025 Donna Tomky Award

We would like to congratulate our colleague Lucia M. Novak, MSN, ANP-BC, BC-ADM for being recognized by the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) as the recipient of the 2025 Donna Tomky Award for Clinical Excellence. This award is given to a nurse practitioner whose work advances the integration of self-management behaviors with clinical management through practice, health plan or health system innovation.

We are very fortunate that we’ve had the opportunity to tap into Lucia’s passion for education and health system innovation. Lucia is a great advocate for our innovative care model and has been an invaluable team member. We celebrate her recognition!
