Improving the Care of Women with Gestational Diabetes

We are proud to share that Stability Health’s research on gestational diabetes was accepted for presentation at the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists 2023 conference held in Houston, TX in August. The name of their poster was “Improving the Care of Women with Gestational Diabetes.”

The work was developed and presented by Clinical Team Leader, Jennifer Newman (featured on the left), and Diabetes Coach, Susan MacLean. It demonstrates that CDCES-driven education and support programs improve outcomes. Their work also proves that proactive-education provided to pregnant women with gestational diabetes reduced the need to start on insulin.
